Nancy Mace Records Herself Screaming “F*ck You” at a Constituent in Public
The South Carolina congresswoman posted her own public freakout—complete with “f*ck you!” and claims that the left is “crazy”—after a constituent calmly asked if she’d hold a town hall.
You ever walk into an Ulta, just trying to find some concealer, and instead you witness a sitting U.S. congresswoman screaming “Fuck you!” at a guy in one of the aisles? No? Well, welcome to Nancy Mace’s America.
Over the weekend, Rep. Nancy Mace (R-SC) proudly posted a video of herself doing exactly that. What looked like the most unhinged customer service meltdown in aisle three was actually a sitting member of Congress losing it on Ely Murray-Quick—a calm constituent whose crime was asking if she’d hold a town hall.
Mace, like several Republicans lately, has been avoiding public town halls in her district. Why? Because they come with a terrifying risk: voters might ask her to do her job.
In the video, Quick calmly asks Mace if she plans to hold any town halls this year. That’s it. Not “What’s your stance on UFOs?” Not “Is Ted Cruz actually just 15 ferrets in a trench coat?” Just: Are you holding a town hall?
Mace’s response? Immediate defensiveness. “I do them every year. You want to keep going? You want to keep harassing me?” she says.
When Quick repeats the question—still calm—Mace doubles down. “You could have gone to a dozen town halls last year,” she fires back. “I’ve already done one. I’ll do plenty more.”
But instead of just walking away or—stay with me here—scheduling a town hall to address her district’s concerns, Mace pivots to…gay marriage.
Yes. Gay marriage.
“And by the way, I voted for gay marriage twice,” she declares. Quick, understandably confused, replies: “What does that have to do with me?” To which Mace answers: “It has everything to do with you.”
What followed was a full-on verbal brawl that ended with Mace shouting, “Fuck you!”—not once, not twice, but three times—at the constituent as he walked away.
He left her with: “You’re a disgrace to this state,” and later called her a “nasty bitch” twice. Which—let’s be clear—isn’t okay, no matter how heated things get.
But Mace wasn’t done. “Get the fuck out of my face! Fuck you! Fuck you! You couldn’t take me on, baby.”
And here’s the kicker: she posted this herself. This wasn’t leaked. No opposition team had to dig through security footage or piece together a scandal from grainy video. Mace hit record, hit post, and stood by it.
In her caption, she claimed: “Some unhinged lunatic, a man, wearing daisy dukes, at a makeup store, got in my face today. Dems are nuts. So I went off – and I won’t be backing down.”
Here is the full unedited video from Quick’s perspective.
Let’s pause and consider the timeline:
Constituent calmly asks about town halls.
Mace says she already held one.
Mace escalates it into personal insults and political non sequiturs.
It ends with her screaming profanities and somehow thinking that makes her look good.
All because she was asked a question she didn’t want to answer.
Because let’s be honest: Nancy Mace didn’t snap because she was “harassed.” She snapped because she was confronted—and instead of responding like a public servant, she responded like a reality show contestant who just got voted off the island.
She’s not skipping town halls because they’re unproductive. She’s skipping them because they’re scary. Because facing your constituents requires answers and she’d rather cowardly run away than be held accountable.
You know what that’s called? Posting your own L, Nancy.
When did complete lack of decorum become a thing? Oh yeah, when the head Cheeto made it ok.
Not a good look for a congresswoman Nancy. Where’s your self control?
