Did he really think he was kidding anyone? Pretty easy to figure out what was up. I’m a mom. He’s just a big baby that has a secret he’s not supposed to tell, but just can’t stand it so gives clues.

TDS is believing that Trump was chosen by God. TDS is believing that he is the greatest dealmaker in the history of the universe. TDS is when people still worship the ground he walks on even though they are fully aware that he's lying like hell to them. TDS is believing that he will win, or should win the Nobel Peace Prize.

I’m so tired of Trump Trolls. On the other side of being completely validated by who we knew trump to be - mountains of evidence - we see you for who you are. While I’ve found my way to compassion for all of you lost and confused souls I don’t have time to waste on you so go on now. We have a country to save.

Who's worse, the 🍊 one or his enablers? Seriously 🙄 Let me guess, it's Biden's fault. What, none of the parents in the room have figured out how to deal with Chuckie. Just pretend he's a Democrat and behave accordingly. Problem solved.

Let’s take note: Trump also said musk rigged the election. Trump also said the reporters who were with him on the tarmac the other day were all in danger (because of a false flag or actual terrorist attack presumably)

Trump always gives away the plot. He thinks he’s clever but he’s a fucking moron with a literal third grade reading level and the personality of a pedantic second grade bully.

You guys are so blinded. Every president for the past 40 years has said we can't let Iran get a nuclear weapon. Yet nobody on either side of the aisle had enough guts to try to back up their empty threats. Trump did have the guts and actually pulled it off. It must be incredibly hard if not impossible for you to just say, good job Mr. President.

Expand full comment
Pete Rodriguez's avatar

What he did was doing it without a need. There was a 2016 deal on the table where they would use their nuclear capabilities for other needs, but that stupid President of yours walked away from it. Now he’s talking about some deal with them?

What the hell are you afraid of @jabberwocky73?

You’re afraid that they will do to us what Europeans did to Native Americans?

Expand full comment
Paul Grimmer's avatar

What the hell am I afraid of? Nothing.

So I'm afraid they will do to us what Europeans did to Native Americans? That makes no sense with anything related to the topic in discussion. You think it is okay for Iran to have nuclear weapons because of your assertion about Europeans mistreating Native Americans? What?

The JCPOA approved by the U.N. in 2015 was and is a disaster, even after the U.S. pulled out in 2018. Even the UK, France and Germany agreed to keep sanctions on Iran after the deal expires in October of this year because of continuing gross violations of the agreement by Iran. There are many articles about problems with the JCPOA including one on Wikipedia.

Iran has never made a proposal to the U.S. or anyone where they commit to only use nuclear material for peaceful use while at the same time agreeing to give up enrichment beyond power plant requirements (3%) and ICBM development (delivery system) etc., all with inspections for verification of compliance. Show me one and I'll be glad to eat crow.

I am more afraid of the loose cannon running the country who does crazy and inane things “on instinct” faulty by lack of brains because what we in the US does has far reaching and long term global implications.

We’re blind? Trump warned Iran with his idiotic tweets. They moved the material (likely with help from Putin). Trump actually probably knew about that as well as it was part of the deal. He gets to look tough to braindead Fox viewers, Iran then warns us that they’re going to strike at a base which we insure is empty. Then Trump in a typical fit of delusions of grandeur tweets that everyone is going to stop the war. We are blind?

Nice try. First, I did not mention Fox or any media company but thanks for your attempt to slam me by including me in what you must consider as those knuckledragging deplorables who are so stupid they watch Fox. Guilt by supposed association, huh. Waah, you really hurt my tender feelings.

Second, you claimed he didn't know anything about the attack but now you say his stupid tweets gave it all away. Dumb. Also, you and other progressives seem mad that he didn't give them the whole 2 weeks to attempt to avoid the impending attack. Your arguments don't make any sense.

He gave away that the U.S. was going to prevent Iran from going further if nothing was done within the 2 weeks? How do you think we could have stopped Iran absent an attack like what was done? Were they going to have a chess match? The media was talking about the bunker busters for Fordow long before it happened. There was no surprised. When Iran elected not to negotiate with America, they knew right then what was going to happen; they just didn't know when. You claim Trump gave it away with his tweets but that he didn't know the one thing which did give the U.S. a surprise advantage, the day and tie of the strike. You guys really need to pick either he was so stupid and untrustworthy that everyone who worked for him kept the real plans away from him or that he gave everything away with stupid tweets. It can't be both.

Your last comments about delusions of grandeur about stopping the war? Maybe you haven't noticed but the fighting stopped and hasn't restarted.

The bombing was carried out under standard operating procedures for pre- authorized missions. In otherwards it’s routine to conduct missions that are approved in thus fashion.

If Trump, Whiskey Pete, or anyone else except a very select few ( kept to the absolute minumum must know) had known the mission could have been comprised.

However I’m sure that if either of those two sadistic, misogynistic, narcissistic rapists had been informed, every IRG, remaining Hamas, Hezbolah, Houthi or Shiite Militia member would have been waiting with short medium and long range surface to air missles, manning radar stations, air cannons, carrying ak47’s, RPG’s and clenched between their teeth, Scimitars.
