While whining about tax cuts, and insisting that higher taxes for the wealthy is a step too far, all while ignoring that taxes are the lowest they’ve been in this country for a century and studiously ignoring that this economy is, and has been, driven by debt. Credit card, student loan, real estate, automotive, whole sectors of the economy are based solely on debt, and making billions, if not trillions, off of it to the joy of their investors.
So … you would rather we keep the grift going while we sink further into debt? A majority of the country agrees we need to stop the theft. That’s why the election went the way it did.
